Responsibilities
- Track receipt of customer-sanctioned loan files from branches.
- Collaborate with Business, Branch Operations, and Credit Risk teams for receiving sanctioned loan files.
- Liaise with Internal Control/Fraud Control Unit for necessary reports before loan disbursement.
- Implement robust controls, file handover, and tracking mechanisms for document movement.
- Manage CERSAI entries and ensure timely reporting.
- Support and train the loan disbursement team.
- Ensure proper storage of documents adhering to the bank’s Record Management Policy.
- Coordinate with External Storage Vendors for timely handover and storage of disbursed loan documents.
- Timely publish Record Management-related MIS and raise exceptions as needed.
- Inward customer-sanctioned loan files, acknowledging receipt.
- Raise discrepancies with branches post dual-check and inform stakeholders.
- Prepare and publish various MIS reports as required.
- Act as a maker for HL/LAP disbursement.
- Stay informed about global market trends and competitor strategies.
- Handle customer retrieval requests and service them within agreed SLAs.
- Recommend process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Assist in training branch business, ops, and credit teams related to disbursement documents.
- Act as a backup for the Team Leader when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s in Engineering
- Technology/Maths/Commerce/Arts/Science/Biology/Business/Computers/Management.
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
