IBM is seeking a Process Associate – Finance and Administration Delivery to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Delivery Practitioner, you will be responsible for transaction processing in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities

• Coordinate all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger, including fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash and bank transactions, indirect tax, and accruals.
• Identify risks or opportunities related to revenues, costs, and profitability, and propose appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines.

Skills

• Minimum 0-1 year of work experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Proficiency in order fulfillment, cash payments collection and application.
• Ability to identify and process duplicate records in Vendor Invoice receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of matching invoices, error identification, resolution, and aging reduction.
• Experience in complying with SOX requirements, including posting documents after approval.
• Proficiency in handling manual and automatic payment requests, verification, and payment run proposals.
• Understanding of Process Travel and Expense (T/E) claims, duplicate payment resolution, recovery, and vendor statement reconciliations.
• Excellent communication skills for handling queries through calls and email follow-ups.
• Proficient in expense management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
• Graduates and postgraduates (BCom, MBA – Finance, MCom) from 2019-2022 with a minimum of 55%.
• Must have a strong interest in Accounting, SAP, and Finance.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7).
• Team player with target-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time, regular employment with IBM India Private Limited.
