HTC is actively seeking a skilled M365 Security Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our Microsoft 365 environment by monitoring security features, conducting threat protection reviews, and managing eDiscovery processes.

Responsibilities

As an M365 Security Analyst at HTC, your responsibilities will include:

Meticulously monitoring Microsoft 365 security features and conducting routine reviews of threat protection settings.
Collaborating closely with legal teams to facilitate compliance requirements and manage eDiscovery processes efficiently.
Proactively identifying and swiftly responding to security incidents within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Systematically analyzing logs and alerts to detect potential threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring a proactive security stance.
Implementing and proficiently managing data classification and encryption solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Implementing policies, providing support for eDiscovery, conducting audits, and delivering comprehensive training sessions.

Holding relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or equivalent.

Skills

Proficiency in Information Protection, eDiscovery, Active Directory, and CyberArk.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria
