Responsibilities
As an S4 EDI Fallout Management Analyst at HP Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) fallout issues. Your responsibilities include:
- Understanding EDI Architecture: Gain a deep understanding of end-to-end EDI architecture and business processes between HP and partner systems.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to implement structural fixes for recurring EDI fallout issues.
- Drive Programs: Collaborate with various functions like HP IT, Partner Ops/IT, and regional teams to identify and permanently fix EDI issues.
- Process Improvements: Drive continuous process improvements to deliver business benefits.
- Issue Identification: Identify issues in gateway systems and collaborate with IT to resolve them effectively.
- Monitoring: Monitor document flow within the HP system to ensure smooth EDI operations.
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Educational Background: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility: Availability to work extra hours when business needs arise, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Knowledge: SAP knowledge with technical awareness (working with IT experience) is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain processes, with a preference for expertise in Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Logistics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced written and verbal skills.
- Availability to work extra hours when business needs arise (may include nights, weekends, holidays).
- SAP Knowledge: Technical awareness (working with IT experience) is preferred.
- MS Office.
- Supply Chain Knowledge (Preferred Stream – Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Logistics).
