Role
Advanced Software Engineer
As an Advanced Software Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and integrating highly complex software functions. This role demands experience, judgment, and innovation to plan and achieve goals effectively. The focus is on driving solutions in various work situations, employing different and novel approaches to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Utilize DevOps experience with tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Bamboo, Octopus, and PowerShell.
- Manage K8s Cluster, involving creation, deployment, and monitoring of services, as well as setting up networking, secrets, and configs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of containerization and Networking concepts.
- Contribute to Azure/AWS cloud deployment and management.
Skills
- Understanding various software development lifecycles.
- Relevant experience in software configuration management and change management practices.
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud deployment and management.
- Effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and latitude in problem-solving.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
- Previous experience in software development lifecycle and related practices.
- Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud deployment and management.
