Responsibilities
- As a Process Associate in Developer Support Engineering (DSE) at Genpact, you will play a vital role in ensuring global support coverage for our software developers’ community. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining various products/software using APIs, SDKs, and platform plugins.
- Coding and troubleshooting issues with PHP, Python, and JavaScript coding languages.
- Querying and maintaining SQL database tables.
- Managing technical product issues and escalations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction using software development methodologies.
- Collaborating with Software Engineer Developers to understand their requirements and develop solutions.
- Conducting data analysis, visualizing trends, providing solutions, and addressing issues.
- Training new hires in the process, including managing the end-to-end knowledge base.
- Stakeholder management, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills
- Strong analytical, coding, and communication skills.
- Experience in programming and scripting languages (PHP, Python, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in working with APIs, plugins, and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Unidash, Scuba, and the Google Drive environment.
- Experience in web development.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field.
- Relevant experience providing enterprise support in a technical environment.
- Ability to be flexible, multitask, and learn in a fast-paced environment.
