Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in understanding project requirements for planning, crafting, implementation, and reporting.
- Possess experience in service delivery, team management, collaborating with staff at all levels, and supervising team members.
- Preferred experience in roles involving international client interaction.
- Utilize T&E tools such as Concur, Workday, AppZen, etc.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in T&E tools like Concur, Workday, AppZen, etc.
- Familiarity with basic process/policy requirements related to T&E
- Ability to identify exceptions/non-compliance in T&E
- Capacity to work under pressure and embrace challenges; experience in new account transition is advantageous
- Multitasking ability, capable of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks
- Competence in working efficiently with all levels of staff, handling confidential information discreetly, and maintaining integrity
- Responsive to deadlines with flexibility and integrity
- Proficient in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Visio
