Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in understanding project requirements for planning, crafting, implementation, and reporting.
  • Possess experience in service delivery, team management, collaborating with staff at all levels, and supervising team members.
  • Preferred experience in roles involving international client interaction.
  • Utilize T&E tools such as Concur, Workday, AppZen, etc.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Commerce

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in T&E tools like Concur, Workday, AppZen, etc.
  • Familiarity with basic process/policy requirements related to T&E
  • Ability to identify exceptions/non-compliance in T&E
  • Capacity to work under pressure and embrace challenges; experience in new account transition is advantageous
  • Multitasking ability, capable of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks
  • Competence in working efficiently with all levels of staff, handling confidential information discreetly, and maintaining integrity
  • Responsive to deadlines with flexibility and integrity
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Visio
