Freshers job opening as Marketing analyst role focuses on delivering analytics support to the marketing team, generating performance dashboards, and leading the Marketing MIS team to provide valuable insights and accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain daily KPI dashboards and analyze trends.
- Generate critical MIS reports for marketing and leadership teams.
- Conduct product analysis and collate data from cross-functional teams.
- Work with corporate teams to manage database systems and predictive models.
- Develop promotional bases for campaigns and ensure accurate system inputs.
- Automate daily reporting processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Provide insights from trends and analytics to guide marketing strategies.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, MS Access, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and number-crunching skills.
- Experience in handling multiple data sources and database management.
- Ability to generate insights from trends and analytics.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams for data assimilation.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in complex environments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with certifications in software development or MCA/BCA.
- Experience:
- Freshers with foundational knowledge in SQL, MS Access, and data analytics tools.
