As a Financial Analyst, you will support key financial activities, including monthly closings, budget forecasts, variance analysis, and management reporting, while driving accuracy and consistency in our financial operations. Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate financial reporting including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Flash Reports.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring deadlines are met and variations are explained.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) with detailed variance analysis.
• Contribute to annual budgets, mid-year reviews, and forecast cycles by consolidating and analyzing financial data.
• Assist with the creation of financial presentations for finance controllers and senior leadership.
• Stay updated on IFRS and accounting standards, enhancing the accuracy and compliance of reporting.
• Support audit preparation and liaise with auditors to ensure timely financial validation.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from the finance leadership team.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting tools to increase efficiency.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles, US GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Eligibity Criteria

• Finance graduate or Chartered Accountant (CA)/MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in a financial role (internship/project work included).
• Experience in using tools like Oracle, Hyperion, or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
• Self-starter with a drive for process improvement and data integrity.
