Responsibilities
- Perform daily business-as-usual (BAU) tasks of the Customer Portal Services (CPS) team including invoice uploads on portals within the defined SLA.
- Coordinate with clients and lead internal teams to ensure smooth process execution.
- Train new joiners and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist Leads/Managers with preparation of daily, monthly performance metrics, productivity, and ad hoc reports.
- Conduct monthly operational review meetings highlighting challenges, opportunities, and team achievements.
- Build strong functional knowledge of customer portals and portal invoice queues.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, SOX controls, and internal policies.
- Take ownership of business deliverables and explore process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize tools like Power BI, Power Queries, and Macros to support automation and analytics.
Skills
- Good knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, preferably in a global setup.
- Exposure to customer portal management and invoice processing.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and Excel Macros.
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

0–4 years of work experience in OTC or finance operations.

Experience with invoice portal management is preferred.

Exposure to process transition and client coordination is an advantage.

Open to working in any shift (including rotational).
