You will be responsible for monitoring, executing, and remediating daily operational processes, collaborating with internal teams, and implementing new processes. Technical proficiency is essential, as you’ll work with tools like SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS, SSRS, SAS, and more.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and remediate daily operational processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize new tasks and optimize existing ones.
- Implement and develop new or recently transitioned processes.
- Work on projects to identify areas of improvement in Data Operations.

- Systems Analysis/ETL Workflow Knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- 1-3 years of customer service or CRM management experience (preferred).
- 1-3 years minimum of experience with SQL Server Management Studio.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Substantial knowledge of ETL and Data Warehousing processes.
- Abundant knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications.
- Knowledge of Healthcare EDI & Medical Billing transactions.
- 1-2 years minimum of experience with Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) applications (preferred).
- Working knowledge of systems analysis and components (preferred).
- Ability to execute small projects and participate in all project phases (preferred).
- Ability to develop, refine, and document business-related SOPs with minimal oversight (preferred).
- Proven track record in hitting KPI and/or similar evaluation targets (preferred).
