Responsibilities

Translate user and process enhancement specifications into functional software applications.

Develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable code.

Design, document, and execute comprehensive unit testing strategies and write validation scripts.

Perform impact analysis and implement software changes in accordance with technical and functional guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and clarify design specifications.

Take ownership of testing and deployment phases to ensure robust implementation.

Investigate and resolve reported faults in code with effective debugging and optimization.
Skills
- Programming knowledge in Java, Java EE (Spring, Struts).
- Front-end proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery.
- Familiarity with Eclipse IDE and SQL databases.
- Experience managing Linux servers and applications like Tomcat and JBoss.
- Understanding of functional specifications and the ability to deliver technical documentation.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in hybrid teams.
Eligibility Criteria

Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in software development or web-based projects.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced software engineering role.

Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with some onsite presence in Pune, India.
