Supplier Enablement Analyst

As a Supplier Enablement Analyst at Magnit Global’s service, Magnit Direct Sourcing, you will embark on an exciting journey that aligns with your career flexibility aspirations. In this temporary role, you will be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, which oversees most of our temporary contract hiring. It’s essential to note that you will not be employed by Diageo, a renowned beverage alcohol company with iconic brands like Baileys, Guinness, Gordon’s, and Johnnie Walker.

Responsibilities
- Good Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to act as the primary point of contact for markets and suppliers regarding touchless solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable and Coupa: Leverage your expertise in SAP Accounts Payable and Coupa to navigate and manage related processes.
- Enablement of Suppliers: Actively facilitate suppliers’ transition to digital E-Invoicing by providing insights and incentives.
- Supplier Query Management: Effectively handle suppliers’ queries during the onboarding process to touchless solutions.
- KPI Delivery: Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier query resolution and onboarding support.
- Support Services: Provide assistance that ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely setup of suppliers on E-Invoicing platforms.
