Hexagon is looking for a DevOps Lead to strengthen its Cloud and DevOps Engineering team. In this role, you will support cloud transformation initiatives and guide development teams in automating cloud infrastructure, implementing best DevOps Engineer practices, and maintaining multi-cloud environments.
You will work with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, ArgoCD), and containerization. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and orchestration of cloud resources using Terraform, Helm, and Crossplane.
- Implement best DevOps Engineer practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring strategies.
- Work on Kubernetes clusters, containerization across platforms, and hybrid cloud deployments.
- Guide development teams in cloud migration and cloud-native transformation.
- Ensure security compliance and best practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Optimize multi-cloud environments for performance, cost, and security.
- Monitor and improve observability, reliability, and scalability of cloud applications.
Skills
- DevOps Engineer and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Kubernetes Operators, and containerization (Docker, Podman, etc.).
- Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, Crossplane, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.
- Knowledge of feature flags, blue-green deployments, canary releases, and service meshes.
- Experience in cloud security, network security, and IAM best practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack).
- Ability to manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- A years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong background in cloud-native solutions, containerization, and automation.
- Experience working in a hybrid or multi-cloud environment.
