Responsibilities

• Support various service lines, including Transaction Services, Forensic, Restructuring, and Valuations & Modelling.
• Analyze and interpret documents, agreements, contracts, and financial data.
• Assist in preparing high-quality deliverables and drafting reports.
• Conduct research using open-source and tool-based methods.
• Format documents, manage databases, and generate insightful reports.
• Summarize information from financial statements, industry reports, and media articles.
• Collaborate on presentations, newsletters, and updates.
• Work within tight deadlines to deliver value in complex projects.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of databases/tools like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Tableau (preferred).
• Proactive mindset with a zeal for learning and professional development.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BMS/BFM, BAF) or Master’s degree (M.Com, M.Sc. Finance, MBA Finance).
• Freshers and candidates with relevant certifications (CPA, CFE, ACAMS) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic background and an interest in Financial Advisory services.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
