Responsibilities

As a Business Technology Solutions Analyst at Deloitte, you will be an essential member of a client service team, collaborating with clients and Deloitte leaders to address multidimensional business problems, enhance performance, and generate value. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Engagement: Work directly with clients and Deloitte leaders on strategic business transformation projects.
Technology Application: Apply technology solutions to solve complex problems, such as setting up cloud infrastructure, implementing AI for process automation, designing and implementing data and analytic solutions, and more.
Skill-Based Profiles: Align with specific skill-based profiles, including Data Engineering, Data Science Enablement, Cloud, Quality Engineering, Digital Commerce, Salesforce, Product Management, Supply Chain, Oracle, and SAP.

Recommendations: Develop recommendations to optimize technology use within organizations, applying strategic technology solutions.
Cross-Industry Presence: Capitalize on Deloitte’s cross-industry presence for a wide breadth of experience or find a niche that aligns with your skills and interests.
Client Impact: Create solutions within clients’ operating models, accounting for people, intellectual capital, technology, and processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree completed by Spring/Summer 2024 in related areas of study, including Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Strong academic credentials with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
