Responsibilities

Attend inbound customer calls and provide accurate information promptly

Handle queries and concerns with a customer-centric approach

Ensure Average Time Taken (ATT) metrics are maintained for every call

Refer escalations to the appropriate departments for faster resolutions

Maintain a positive tone and telephonic etiquette throughout the interaction

Uphold compliance standards and company guidelines

Manage SLAs effectively and contribute to team goals
Skills

Excellent communication in English and Hindi

Active listening and strong interpersonal abilities

Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism

Pleasant voice with clear diction and phone manners

Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing a degree, or hold a graduate/postgraduate qualification

Between 0 to 3 years of relevant experience

Comfortable working from the office in Noida

Available to work full-time or part-time as required
