Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding technical support via email, chat, and phone.

  • Troubleshoot customer-reported product issues and identify root causes effectively.

  • Document and track customer queries using internal ticketing systems.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to resolve technical challenges.

  • Assist with product configurations, upgrades, and customer onboarding tasks.

  • Develop and maintain helpful content like knowledge base articles, FAQs, and documentation.

  • Lead training sessions to enhance customer product knowledge.

  • Spot patterns in customer issues and help implement proactive solutions.

  • Escalate and follow up on high-priority issues to ensure timely resolution.

  • Focus on customer satisfaction, product adoption, and first-time resolution.

  • Work assigned shifts based on customer demand (shift timings will be consistent long-term).

  • Advocate for customers internally by providing insights and feedback to product teams.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based software tools.
  • Comfortable using ticketing systems, remote access tools, and customer support platforms.
  • Team player who can also work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).

  • Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in technical support, SaaS, or a customer-facing IT role.

  • Individuals comfortable with rotational shifts and willing to work from the Hyderabad office.

  • Professionals passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement.
