Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives in a domestic voice process setup.
  • Monitor call performance metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the team in achieving quality targets, call resolution goals, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and QA teams for continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and call handling procedures.

Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages (Tamil preferred).

  • Basic understanding of call center operations and customer handling.

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet daily call targets.

  • Team-oriented with leadership potential and proactive attitude.

  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if needed.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or BPO industry.

  • Education: Any Graduate (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.) or equivalent diploma.

  • Willing to work in a voice-based domestic process.

  • Passionate about customer support and eager to grow into a leadership role.
