Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives in a domestic voice process setup.
- Monitor call performance metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the team in achieving quality targets, call resolution goals, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with supervisors and QA teams for continuous process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and call handling procedures.
Skills

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages (Tamil preferred).

Basic understanding of call center operations and customer handling.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet daily call targets.

Team-oriented with leadership potential and proactive attitude.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if needed.
Eligibility Criteria

0–2 years of experience in customer service or BPO industry.

Education: Any Graduate (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.) or equivalent diploma.

Willing to work in a voice-based domestic process.

Passionate about customer support and eager to grow into a leadership role.
