We are seeking candidates with a Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical sciences, or registered nursing for a position in our dynamic team. As part of this role, you will have minimal customer interaction under guidance, understanding domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies.

Responsibilities
- Minimal customer interaction under guidance.
- Understand domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies.
- Perform data entry for PV/Complaints Management, ensuring accuracy and meeting turnaround times.
- Execute coding activities on the assigned project with timelines and efficiency.
- Import uncoded terms into the database and export coded medical terms from the coding platform.
- Manage queries, create “New Term Request,” and prioritize tasks.
- Conduct Dictionary upversioning activities as required.
- Handle limited study conduct activities in CDM.
- Review data and manage queries with assistance.
- Engage in limited email conversations with clients.
- Conduct peer QC for every activity with supervisor or allocated seniors.
- No involvement in Set Up and Migration activities.
- Limited participation in data pad locking activities during DataBase locks.
- Handle first-level processing of assigned transactions, referring complex problems to Supervisor/Line Manager.
- Adhere to quality requirements and achieve targets/volumes within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and mandatory requirements for the given process.
- Understand various document templates, standards (such as SOPs), and interpret documents and related terminologies.
- Adhere to organizational hygiene and compliance needs, including time sheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical sciences, or registered nursing.
- Good understanding of domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies.
- Previous experience in PV/Complaints Management and data entry is beneficial.
- Coding experience (same as SPE) with proficiency in database operations.
- Familiarity with CDM study conduct activities and limited email correspondence with clients.
- Knowledge of project/process handling, including adherence to quality requirements and achieving targets/volumes.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements for the given process.
- Ability to manage people/team and comply with organizational hygiene and compliance needs.
