Responsibilities
- Execute internal audits based on ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, and ISO 27001 standards.
- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
- Lead and support business process improvement projects using Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
- Develop and update process maps, perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and monitor performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company quality systems and drive business excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve QMS documentation and practices.
- Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Optionally support EMS standards like ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 if certified.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or any relevant discipline
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Business Process Improvement
- Internal Auditor Certification for ISO standards is mandatory
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified (minimum)
- Willingness to work full-time from Bengaluru
