Responsibilities

Support core supply chain and operations activities within business units

Assist in managing operational processes, timelines, and cross-functional coordination

Execute business workflows and contribute to process improvements

Help streamline procurement, logistics, and inventory functions

Maintain accurate documentation and data across platforms

Collaborate with global teams and support strategic operations initiatives

Track performance metrics and generate reports for analysis and decision-making
Skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Basic understanding of supply chain and business operations

Ability to handle and process data efficiently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with ERP or operations software (a plus, not mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria

Recently graduated or final-year students from any discipline (preferably Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or similar)

0–2 years of relevant experience in business operations, supply chain, or related fields

Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and delivery
