Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day sales operations processes and reporting functions.
• Analyzing business data to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Generating dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and management.
• Assisting in strategic and tactical decision-making through analytical insights.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and accuracy.
• Implementing best practices and maintaining data integrity in operational processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Have basic understanding of sales operations, business analytics, or CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Are recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0–1 year of experience.
• 🇮🇳 Are authorized to work in India and located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
