Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for SAP procurement modules, assisting end-users with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Educate users on SAP functionalities, best practices, and process changes.
• Perform data maintenance and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy.

• Understand business requirements and support them with test cases and UATs (User Acceptance Testing).
• Document test results, identify defects, and collaborate with the implementation team to resolve issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis to improve processes and prevent recurring defects.

• Work closely with implementation teams, operations teams, and end-users to execute new processes and change requests (CRs) successfully.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP system performance.

• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and support issues.
• Assist in preparing user manuals and training materials for end-users.
• Support end-user training on system changes to ensure smooth adoption.

Skills

• 0-2 years of experience with SAP modules (MM, AP, SD).
• Hands-on experience in SAP testing and familiarity with testing methodologies.
• Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in SAP ERP procurement is preferred.
