Description

As an Analyst in the Models Centre of Excellence at Barclays, you will collaborate within a team environment to register cases from the Financial Ombudsman Services and take appropriate actions on complaints. Your role will involve handling complaints within agreed timelines, blending analysis and judgment with speed and precision to consistently deliver high-level customer service. You may also be expected to work flexibly across various activities, including investigating complex customer queries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Registering complaints from the Financial Ombudsman Services.
• Analyzing cases and taking appropriate actions.
• Adhering to quality control procedures and checks at all times.
• Resolving day-to-day queries and escalating complex queries to management.
• Promptly reporting issues and concerns to relevant stakeholders.
• Managing own performance and seeking solutions for improvement.
• Identifying process improvements and shaping new procedures.

Skills

• Minimum graduation required; preference for graduates in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to international payment types.
• Experience with back-office operations systems and process enhancement.
• Flexibility in work hours and adaptability to changing shift patterns.
• Customer service experience in a customer-facing environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresher – 2 Years
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Knowledge about Excel, Word, Microsoft Suite, etc.
