Responsibilities

• Handling trade finance, treasury operations, cash management services (CMS), stock exchange settlements, clearing, and currency chest functions.
• Ensuring high accuracy and fast turnaround time in transaction processing.
• Controlling and supporting SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in dealing with external commercial borrowings (ECBs), foreign direct investment (FDI), overseas direct investment (ODI), and FEMA compliance matters.
• Monitoring customer complaints and handling escalations while analyzing root causes and ensuring non-recurrence.
• Preparing periodic MIS/reports for submission to the Central Office within strict timelines.
• Supporting regional heads in achieving operational targets and demonstrating effective multi-branch management skills.

Skills

• Postgraduate or Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields (B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance).
• 0–2 years of experience in Wholesale Banking Operations or related functions.
• Must be willing to work from Mumbai and capable of supporting regional banking operations.
