Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets by visiting customers/agencies.
Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
Ensure legal compliance during repossession of products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
Handle escalations promptly to resolve issues effectively.
Manage and update the Daily Risk Report (DRR).
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
Track cases and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
Conduct portfolio management, strategy planning, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting requirements.
Lead and manage teams while coordinating with vendors and clients.
Create dashboards and perform MIS reporting for performance tracking.
