Bajaj Finserv seeking a dynamic and motivated Debt Management Specialist to manage and coordinate the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely collection of overdue payments, maintaining portfolio quality, and adhering to regulatory guidelines. The selected candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets and resolve issues effectively, all while complying with legal and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve collection targets by visiting customers/agencies.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
- Ensure legal compliance during repossession of products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
- Handle escalations promptly to resolve issues effectively.
- Manage and update the Daily Risk Report (DRR).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Track cases and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
- Conduct portfolio management, strategy planning, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reporting requirements.
- Lead and manage teams while coordinating with vendors and clients.
- Create dashboards and perform MIS reporting for performance tracking.
Skills
- Account Management: Managing client relationships, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data to derive actionable insights using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Trend Analysis: Identifying patterns and forecasting future trends based on historical data.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification – Others (Any recognized degree/diploma).
- Experience: 0-1 years in a related field
