Description
Autodesk is seeking Associate Software Development Engineers to join their software engineering team in Bangalore, India. This role will involve working as an individual contributor within a team of full-stack software engineers, focusing on building modern, cloud-based solutions and platforms for the Digital Employee Experience (dEX) team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack development using cloud-based technologies and delivering web applications.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver full-stack, cloud-based experiences to optimize business critical systems and processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and collaborate across teams.
- Participate in agile-based development practices to deliver value at high velocity.
- Collaborate with team leaders to define and implement best practices.
- Ensure full-stack software solutions are developed using industry-leading DevOps best practices and technologies.
- Provide operational support for existing applications.
Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in developing full-stack web technology solutions using Vue.js, Node.js, Java or JavaScript/TypeScript, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Interpersonal skills to promote ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with respect to software development processes, communication, and documentation.
- Capable of performing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, NodeJS, React Native, VueJS, DynamoDB, AWS RDS, AWS S3, and AWS API Gateway.
- AWS Certification – Developer.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0-2 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in full-stack development technologies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
