Responsibilities
1. Customer Operations (Associate Voice Support)
- Handle customer queries via voice interactions.
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of service desk tickets.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely response and resolution.
2. Dispute Resolution
- Investigate and resolve disputes related to invoices, payments, and credit notes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable teams for issue resolution.
- Document and track disputes to ensure timely closure.
3. Customer Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and disputes.
- Communicate dispute status updates clearly and provide timely follow-ups.
- Escalate unresolved or complex disputes to higher management when necessary.
4. Service Desk Support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer-raised incidents.
- Manage unplanned interruptions to restore services quickly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve voice support processes.

Eligibility Criteria
