Responsibilities
- Identify new markets and generate leads through canopy activities, leaflet distribution, cold calling, and community outreach.
- Handle leads referred by sales teams, cross-selling units, or other internal channels.
- Manage client relationships to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure client retention.
- Achieve performance targets related to income generation, product sales, and new client acquisition.
- Guide customers through the entire process of loan application, sanction, and disbursement.
- Provide post-sales support to prevent defaults and assist the collections team in EMI recovery when necessary.
- Build strong local connections by engaging with builders, business communities, and new channel partners.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE, or any other recognized stream.

0 to 2 years of experience in NBFCs or Banking sector preferred.

Candidates with strong passion for sales and relationship management will be prioritized.
