Responsibilities

• Gain deep knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and SIMULIA simulation apps.

• Own the documentation lifecycle for assigned software subject areas.

• Create and edit technical content such as:

  • User guides

  • In-app tooltips, diagnostic messages, guided tours

  • Engineering tutorials and videos

• Perform hands-on testing of simulation applications to gather insights.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to understand features and translate them into clear, user-friendly content.

• Write in XML using industry-standard tools and adhere to established style guidelines.

• Contribute to information architecture projects and help design user-friendly documentation structures.

• Propose and develop new user assistance delivery mechanisms.

• Use analytics and user feedback to improve documentation effectiveness.

• Actively use SIMULIA tools and provide usability feedback to the development team.

• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.

• Ability to simplify and explain complex engineering concepts to diverse users.

• A passion for teaching, writing, and making technology more accessible.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Comfort with fast-paced environments that demand quick learning and multitasking.

• Willingness to explore new technical tools and user experience design strategies.

• Knowledge of FEA tools, especially Abaqus/CAE, is a significant plus.

• Experience with technical writing tools and XML is preferred but not mandatory.

Eligibity Criteria

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Interest in simulation software, technical communication, or product documentation.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
