Responsibilities

Understanding and mapping the client’s current and future business processes with SaaS and package-based applications.

Identifying what can be achieved through standard implementations versus what needs customization or extension.

Collaborating with developers to design and enhance application functionalities.

Driving process improvement through “as-is/to-be” analysis and strategic consulting.

Facilitating workshops, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Documenting functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.

Engaging in internal and external technology communities for continuous learning.
Skills

Business process mapping and consulting

Analytical and critical thinking

Effective communication—both written and verbal

Workshop facilitation

Functional knowledge in one or more domains like Banking, HCM, CRM, SCM, or ERP systems

Working with SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Infor, Workday, Netsuite, Vlocity, JDA, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

Certifications in relevant software tools are a plus
Eligibility Criteria

Graduates in Engineering, BBA, BCom, MBA, MCA, or equivalent streams

0–2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or enterprise application configuration

Eagerness to learn and grow in a client-facing technology environment

Ability to work across cross-functional global teams
