Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process including invoice processing and GR/IR reconciliation

Ensure accurate accounting practices with a strong grip on SAP systems

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve business-critical queries efficiently
-
Utilize MS Office tools, Outlook, and PowerPoint to streamline daily operations
-
Contribute proactively as a team player in a challenging, performance-driven environment

Work in night or flexible shifts in hybrid or office-based settings
Skills
-
Excellent knowledge of AP processes and accounting principles

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

A collaborative attitude and discipline to meet tight deadlines
Eligibility Criteria
-
Hold a degree in Commerce, BBA, or MBA (Finance)
-
Have 1–2 years of experience in P2P or AP processes (experience in BPO/KPO/Captive/retail industries preferred)
-
Understand or have exposure to platforms like Coupa, Concur, or IP2P (preferred but not mandatory)

Are flexible to work in rotational shifts and hybrid mode

Are familiar with Six Sigma or quality tools (optional but adds value)
