Responsibilities
  • Providing 24/7 support to KPMG Global application users, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.

  • Adhering to agreed SLA and timelines for each task or issue handled.

  • Coordinating with internal and international teams to facilitate quick resolutions for global users.

  • Ensuring a high level of service quality by proactively identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements.

  • Contributing both as a team player and an independent contributor depending on business needs.

  • Working in rotational shifts, including night shifts to support global time zones.

Skills

  • Good computer knowledge with intermediate skills in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and/or ServiceNow is a plus.

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends based on business requirements.

Eligibity Criteria
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Computer Science, IT, or related field).

  • 0–1 years of experience in technical or application support (internship/project work included).

  • Must have excellent email writing and communication skills.

  • Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka.
