Responsibilities

• Administer Linux/Unix systems or manage databases, ensuring optimal design and performance.
• Analyze Big Data, support network administration, or engage in DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve support issues with a strong customer focus.
• Participate in AWS initiatives, ensuring cloud computing solutions meet the needs of global clients.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop scripts or programs to automate routine tasks, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills

• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and databases.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, or PHP.
• Strong troubleshooting and support experience, with excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter mentality with a passion for technology and cloud computing.
