Responsibilities
- Administer Linux/Unix systems or manage databases, ensuring optimal design and performance.
- Analyze Big Data, support network administration, or engage in DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve support issues with a strong customer focus.
- Participate in AWS initiatives, ensuring cloud computing solutions meet the needs of global clients.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop scripts or programs to automate routine tasks, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and databases.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, or PHP.
- Strong troubleshooting and support experience, with excellent communication skills.
- A self-starter mentality with a passion for technology and cloud computing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
