Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with founders and senior leaders to identify opportunities to apply AI across product, marketing, operations, and finance functions.

• Prototype, build, and test AI/ML-based tools and solutions for workflow automation and process optimization.

• Implement and fine-tune cutting-edge models in Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.

• Build internal AI-powered systems for productivity enhancement using frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and Hugging Face Transformers.

• Integrate AI tools into live product systems with support from engineering and product teams.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and frameworks and experiment with practical applications.

• Develop and document scalable APIs and automation scripts to be used by multiple teams.

Skills

• Strong programming knowledge in Python.

• Exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core AI/ML concepts.

• Ability to work independently, with a strong problem-solving mindset.

• Bonus: Familiarity with AutoGPT, Vector Databases, or similar GenAI tools.

Eligibity Criteria

• Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related disciplines.

• From Tier-1 engineering institutions such as IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or equivalent.

• Prior experience through academic projects, internships, or research work in AI/ML domains.

• Passionate about deploying AI solutions in real-world business environments.
