Responsibilities

Application Development

Design, build, test, and configure applications based on business requirements.
Understand business drivers impacting performance and deliver software accordingly.
Incorporate technology trends into solutions and participate in the development of automation solutions.

Client Support
Provide incident resolution and support to customers through various channels such as voice, email, chat, or remote support.
Document and analyze call logs, spotting trends for future improvements.

Ensure adherence to SLAs defined in the contract for resolving client queries.
Technical Skills
Possess a basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and Performance Analysis.

Knowledge or experience in the configuration and customization of Salesforce.com applications.
Familiarity with J2EE, full-stack development, .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC), and test automation engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: All streams/branches of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from 2023 & 2024 year of pass-outs with full-time education.
No active backlogs during the application and/or onboarding process.

Completion of the relevant degree within the stipulated duration with no gaps.
Maximum of 11 months of experience.
Eligibility to work in India either by citizenship or relevant work permit documents.
