Responsibilities
- Manage the upload, download, and quality assurance of digital assets.
- Ensure content meets client-set standards and maintain asset integrity.
- Collaborate with markets and agencies to ensure seamless library services delivery.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for processes and digital asset management tools.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and create workarounds for smoother operations.
- Create and manage weekly bulletins for end-users.
- Assist users in addressing concerns related to upload processes
Skills
- Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Experience in vendor management and team collaboration.
- Strategic thinking and ability to deliver results in a collaborative environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Any Graduation.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in digital content management or DAM-related roles.
