Responsibilities
The Mobility Data & Analytics Analyst role involves managing all aspects of travelers’ needs, including travel safety, accommodations, immigration, meetings & events planning, sustainability, assignments, and more. Responsibilities include:
- Deep understanding of all Mobility-related reports.
- Synthesizing data to derive meaningful insights and identify areas of focus.
- Running reports from SAP to address requests.
- Tracking actual travel costs compared to estimates and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Utilizing knowledge of Financial Hierarchy Structure to track and manage updates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Reporting & Analytical skills.
- Financial Background with working knowledge of SAP.
- Advanced written and oral English skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Macros; Intermediate skills in PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work through different time zones when needed.
- Quick adaptability, able to accelerate the learning curve for new assignments.
- Ability to comply with strict deadlines & ad-hoc requests.
