Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing best resolutions.
  • Close faults and complaints within SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Work on Inbound/Outbound calls and e-mail/chat support to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide technical assistance on the use of specific systems, software, and infrastructure.
  • Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
  • Interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
  • Make decisions that impact your own work, closely supervised.
  • Be an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
  • Work in rotational shifts.
