Description

As an Analyst I – Application Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to internal teams within the organization and external clients as needed. You will be tasked with responding to technical issues promptly and providing immediate solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Handling incidents and ensuring timely response and resolution within SLAs.
  2. Providing technical and functional analysis to the development team for bug analysis.
  3. Participating in release upgrades from a techno-functional perspective.
  4. Deploying minor release upgrades as required.
  5. Working in shifts aligned with customer time zones to ensure continuous support.

Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A good understanding of the software development cycle.
  • Proficiency in at least one RDBMS and object-oriented programming language. Knowledge of Java, Informix, MS SQL Server, and ASP.NET is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), Information Technology (BSc. IT), or Computer Applications (BCA).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
