Responsibilities

Design, automate, and support Linux-based systems in a 24/7 cloud production environment.

Evaluate and implement technical solutions both independently and collaboratively.

Respond to incidents and troubleshoot system issues to resolve customer concerns quickly.

Maintain clear and detailed documentation of systems, standards, configurations, and procedures.

Perform system installations, configurations, and regular maintenance for secure engineering environments.

Ensure compliance with internal security policies and operational standards.

Collaborate across departments to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in processes and systems.
Skills
-
Strong expertise in Linux system administration (Ubuntu and RHEL).
-
Basic to advanced understanding of Azure cloud resources (VMs, Networking, Blob Storage, NSG).

Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting for automation.

Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, routing).

Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

Knowledge of remote desktop solutions like VNC, Citrix XenServer, and VDI.

Hands-on with infrastructure services like Kickstart, NFS, DHCP, DNS.
Eligibility Criteria

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

0–2 years of experience in Linux administration, cloud computing, or technical support roles.

Linux System Administrator Certification is a plus.

Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
