Responsibilities

  • Client Support Specialist: Provide legendary client support via phone, email, and chat

  • Address and resolve client requests efficiently across multiple product platforms

  • Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine technical issues using established procedures

  • Work rotating shifts, including weekdays and weekends, as needed

  • Collaborate across departments and escalate issues when necessary

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of internet technologies and popular web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical thinking with a solutions-focused mindset

  • Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills

  • Ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to evolving product knowledge

  • High energy, team spirit, and customer-first attitude

Eligibility Criteria

  • A Bachelor’s degree OR at least 1 year of client service experience

  • Flexibility to work rotating weekday and weekend shifts:

    • Weekday Shifts: 7 AM–3:30 PM IST, 1 PM–9:30 PM IST

    • Weekend Shifts: 6 AM–2:30 PM IST, 2 PM–10:30 PM IST, 10 PM–6:30 AM IST

  • A detail-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

  • Demonstrated initiative toward learning and professional growth
