Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining modular and reusable automation frameworks using Selenium and JUnit/TestNG.

• Developing robust test cases based on frameworks like Cucumber or Data Driven methodologies.

• Performing end-to-end frontend test automation with scripting, exception handling, and framework maintenance.

• Integrating automation scripts with scripting languages for seamless testing.

• Managing test planning, test data strategy, traceability matrix, and optimization of testing tools.

• Working with tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Capture, and documentation platforms like Confluence.

• Collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.

• Clearly communicating complex technical concepts to peers and management.

Skills

• Proficient in Selenium for web automation testing.
• Experience with JUnit/TestNG and automation frameworks like Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Protractor, AngularJS, Maven, and Charles Proxy is a plus.
• Working knowledge of UFT as a secondary automation tool is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
• Strong scripting and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• 0–2 years of experience in automation or software testing.

• Willingness to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

• A strong passion for QA, automation tools, and delivering bug-free software.

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
