Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Build and maintain distributed systems and infrastructure for real-time data processing and trading.

• Collaborate with teams across the globe to design intelligent, data-driven applications.

• Proactively address security and system reliability challenges.

• Work on cutting-edge technology domains such as financial engineering, big data, cloud computing, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.

• Continuously improve codebase and adopt modern development practices.

Skills

• Strong programming skills in one or more languages: Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in financial services, fintech, or capital markets is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Have 0–1 year of experience in software development.

• Are enthusiastic about working in a global and collaborative engineering environment.

• Are located in or open to relocating to Bengaluru, Karnataka.
