1E9 Advisors is currently hiring a Python+ Trainer for their Pune office. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing course material, curating lesson plans, designing assessments, and delivering training sessions in Python and Django to trainees, interns, and employees. This role requires a strong passion for teaching and expertise in the subject matter.

Responsibilities
- Develop course schedules and lesson plans.
- Curate learning materials and resources to achieve curriculum objectives.
- Assess student strengths, weaknesses, and progress.
- Deliver performance feedback to students.
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.
- Assess and record students’ progress, providing timely feedback.
- Generate progress reports and lesson plans on a regular basis.
- Create new content for practice problem sets and assessments.
- Conduct training sessions effectively.

- Proven experience as a Python and Django practitioner.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of shell scripting and Apache.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Demonstrated experience as a Python and Django practitioner.
- Prior experience as a trainer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
